Customers can request refunds for eligible products if they receive damaged items, wrong products, defective goods, missing products, or products significantly different from the product description. Refund requests must be submitted within the allowed refund period after delivery confirmation.
After receiving a refund request, the admin or seller will review and verify the issue. Once approved, the refund amount will be processed to the original payment method or wallet balance within a few business days depending on payment provider policies.
Refunds may not be approved for products damaged due to customer misuse, used products, expired refund timelines, or non-refundable categories. Aaze Mart reserves the right to reject suspicious or fraudulent refund requests.
