Customers may cancel orders before shipment confirmation or processing starts. Once an order is packed, dispatched, or shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted. Cancellation approval depends on the current order status and seller confirmation.
Aaze Mart also reserves the right to cancel any order due to payment verification failure, stock unavailability, pricing issues, suspicious activity, policy violations, or technical problems. Refunds for successfully cancelled prepaid orders will be processed according to the refund policy timeline.
Users repeatedly placing fake orders or abusing cancellation features may face account restrictions, temporary suspension, or permanent account removal from the platform.
